A mechanical engineering graduate with a Bachelor of Science degree from Howard University, Wayne also holds an MBA in Finance from the same esteemed institution.

Throughout his career, Wayne has demonstrated exceptional leadership in enhancing business processes, expanding electronic payment options, and boosting customer satisfaction. His notable achievements at the NIC include:
