Maxine Brown is the holder of a Master’s of Science Degree in Governance and Public Policy and Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Public Administration with Human Resources Management and Accounting from the University of the West Indies. She has professional certifications in Management Studies, Strategic Planning and Training. She is a past student of St. Jago High School.

At the National Irrigation Commission Limited, Miss Brown oversees the daily operations of administrative functions and human resources strategies/initiatives ensuring alignment with company goals. Miss Brown has years of work experience in Administration, Strategic Planning and Human Resources. Miss Brown’s portfolio responsibilities also include Training, Property, Transport and Occupational Safety.

Miss Brown is an avid reader and enjoys different genres of music.
