The National Irrigation Commission Limited (NIC) may refund a previously captured and or settled transaction to the card which made the payment. The refund will appear on the user’s credit or debit card as a credit to the account. Please note that partial refunds will not be facilitated.
- The Customer should contact the NIC within 2 business days of making the payment.
- Provide the payment confirmation number and the customer name
- NIC will investigate the payment and
- Upon completion of investigation, refund may be effected
Refunds will be made directly to the card from which the payment was made ONLY.
